  I purchased my first car from Justin at JK Cars about 10 years ago and since then have purchased another three for my wife and myself and also four more for my two daughters. I have recently purchased another for my wife, again with a part exchange and I would and do recommend Justin to anybody that I know. His customer service level is exceptional with his can do, above and beyond attitude. His knowledge of vehicles and the industry is first rate and he always manages to make the experience feel personal and enjoyable. He is always willing to help find the right car, for the right money even if it is not on the forecourt. I would trust Justin to find vehicles for my nearest and dearest without hesitation. I have only ever had one reason to return with a vehicle. I had a warning light come up on the dash which turned out to be a faulty sensor. The repair was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was kept up to date throughout the day. I do not blame Justin for the light coming on, after all this was a second hand car, but I cannot fault him with his customer care. After that, it was trouble free motoring as expected. I have found every vehicle fair priced and of an exceptional quality. I hope that his business continues to grow and grow as I have a son who will be looking for a car in a few years and then it will be the grand children!!! I will not hesitate to make JK Cars my first and only call.
